Nye regler for fyringsanlegg er innført. Alle fritidsboliger og hytter skal nå ha tilsyn og feiing av det offentlige dersom det er montert fyringsanlegg.

Det betyr at du som eier hytte eller fritidsbolig får varsel om tilsyn eller feiing. Ditt ildsted – inkludert pipa – skal sjekkes om det fungerer etter dagens bestemmelser. Etter du har fått varsel, har du ansvar for at feieren har ”tilfredsstillende adkomst til fyringsanlegget”. Det betyr at du må sørge for sikker adkomst til pipa.

Adkomsten til pipa må være forskriftsmessig

Sikker adkomst til pipa handler om to alternativer; gjennom ei takluke eller opp en stige. For de fleste vil taktstige være både den rimeligste og mest aktuelle løsningen.

Både husstige, takstige, stigefeste, taktrinn og takbru som benyttes av feieren skal være i overensstemmelse med Norsk Standard. Det betyr at du kun kan benytte typegodkjent takstige på taket – og den må være montert forskriftsmessig.

Torv, papp, tre, stein, plater – eller skifertak? Ja, det er mange typer taktekking på hytter og fritidsboliger. Og tilsvarende kompliserte løsninger for forskriftsmessig montering og feste av taktstige. For mange kan dette virke uoverkommelig og ikke akkurat det man ønsker å bruke tida på hytta til.

Heldigvis finnes det en enkel løsning!

Sommeren 2020 kommer vi til ditt hyttefelt og monterer komplett takstige til en fast pris, så du kan bruke tida på hytta til turer og kos. Vi reiser gjerne innom hytta di og tar en visuell sjekk. Meld din interesse i skjemaet under så tar vi kontakt for nærmere avtale.
